The initial session will be held only with parent(s)/carer(s) of the athlete in order to understand the athlete's story, challenges, strengths, family dynamics and set session goals. The parents will be given a brief feedback to the parent/carer after each session done with the athlete.

Is this going to be a one off session?
No. Sport Psychology support is a process; just like physical training; the mind needs to train as well. All sessions are tailored to the athlete's needs and delivered age appropriate.
