How do I access my class recording?
All classes are automatically recorded and sent out following the class. You will receive a zoom link via email which is accessible for 10 days.

What level are the classes suitable for?
Our classes cater to all levels aiming to help new skaters build their foundations and more advanced refine their technique. If you are unsure don’t hesitate to contact our team via eliteedgeoffice@gmail.com

Is there any 1:1 coaching available?
Yes! Coach Kristen has weekly availability for regular and one-off 1:1 sessions. Please find all the information on our 1:1 booking page.

How do I cancel my membership?
Our memberships are cancelled anytime, simply click ‘cancel’ on your renewal email or email us at eliteedgeoffice@gmail.com

What if I am away for a week?
If you go away or are injured simply let the team know and we can pause your payment until you are ready to return to our classes.
