Flexibility with Skates
What does this class involve?
Improve your flexibility, learn new spiral and spin positions with a focus on correct technique to catch the blade and boot.

What does this class involve?
In this class you will level up your flexibility training allowing you to take steps towards harder positions like Beilman, Spike or I spins.

What does this class involve?
This class combines dynamic flexibility with strength exercises to help improve your spiral/spin positions and strength to hold them on the ice.

Balance and Control
What does this class involve?
This class helps to take steps towards injury prevention and improve control of positions. In the class you will do basic ballet inspired conditioning, ankle stability exercises and balance work.
