Head Coach - Kristen Spours

Kristen has over 17 years experience on the ice, competing at Senior and Junior World Championships. She is a current members of Team GB. She is a level 2 qualified BIS coach has taught in France and the UK. She has worked with beginner skaters all the way up to those competing at National Championships. She specialises in jump technique and spinner classes.

Head Coach - Lydia Smart

Lydia is a qualified Personal Trainer and holds a first class honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She is a current member of Team GB and a World Championship Competitor in Pairs. She is a level 2 qualified BIS coach and coaches skaters of all abilities. She specialises in Flexibility and conditioning classes.

Technical - Beat Schuemperli

Beat has been a skater for over 17 years. He began his career representing Switzerland before swapping to skater for Team Bulgaria 3 years ago. He is now a part of the Senior Mens National Team. He has trained at top training centres including the ISU centre of excellence in Bergamo, Italy. Beat has taught and choreographed for skaters from beginner level up to Junior Grand Prix and Senior European/ World Championship level.

Pilates - Robin Edwards

Robin is a level 4 qualified pilates instructor with over 10 years experience as a personal trainer. She is also a qualified yoga and barre instructor. She runs a successful zoom fitness company alongside working with health clubs. Robin is well-versed in the world of skating, with her daughter competing on the world stage. She has previous experience working with Team GB skaters, supporting their training needs and helping with injury recovery.

Sport Psychology - Zeynep Atha

Zeynep is the lead sport psychologist at Sheffield Hallam University and a TASS sport psychologist. She has a successful competitive swimming career, competing on the National Team before transitioning to sport psychology. She has worked with British Ice Skating, Team GB Figure Skating and Short Track.

Ballet - Gwendoline Choi

Gwen is a cecchetti-trained, UKA qualified ballet teacher with a particular interest in holistic teaching methods and classical technique. She has experience teaching and choreographing for all ages and levels of experience, from beginner to pointework. She specialises in ballet for skaters, where she draws particular attention to presentation and appropriate biomechanics.
